Return Policy Window

For mattresses orders, we offer a free 100-night sleep trial in the comfort of your own home as we know choosing a new mattress is an expensive decision. If you’re not completely satisfied with your mattress within 100 nights, you can simply return it for a full refund. It can take up to four weeks for your body to adjust to a new mattress. For this reason, you must have slept on your mattress for a minimum of 30 nights before becoming eligible for a refund or exchange.

Bed frames, pillows, beddings or all other products except mattresses will have 30 days to request a return after you received the parcel. We want you to be happy with your purchase. The items should be in original, unworn condition and with tags attached to be eligible for a return. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.

Note: All our products only available for United States and Canada and we DO NOT accept any returns orders outside our target markets.

REQUEST A RETURN

To return an item please write us a request at [email protected] and attached receipts, payment proof and photos of the item condition. Once we received the request our after sale team will start return process and confirm the details. Then an email attached with a pre-paid shipping label and return information will be sent to your email address. Returns must within our return policy window in order to be eligible.

HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?

Once the return is confirmed, we will send a pre-paid shipping label to your email address. In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please make sure to print out the return sheet listing your customer information. Place all items in their original packaging into a secure box. Peel off the pre-paid return shipping label, affix it to the outside of your shipping box and drop the package off at a UPS/FedEx location.

SHOULD I PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING COST?

If it’s manufacture’s fault or damage of the product, we will bear the cost of shipping for return and a full refund will be issued to your account. However, customer will need to pay the return shipping fee if they want to return just because they don’t like it or not need any more.

 

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
